If you DO deal with SCORM, and you deal with packages that have to be deployed in multiple VLEs, today is your lucky day! Behold - the JISC transcoder!

Does what it says on the tin. It will convert your SCORM objects (including 1.2) to SCORM 2004, Common Cartridge 1.0, and IMS CP 1.1.4.

To the best of my knowledge, it's the only thing on the market like it - but it's not actually on the market, because it's free.
